slice spam
l.carb/high fiber toast (6g) w/butter
coffee

Snack:
piece beef jerkey

5:48 pm and that is all i’ve eaten all day. What gives?  I don’t take appetite suppressants…nothing.  Weird (but grateful!LOL).
