Breakfast:
low carb pizza (made w/mozz crust)

Snack:
Chai Tea w/heavy cream

Lunch:
spinach & parsnip soup
l.carb ice cream w/extra cream

RECAP: haven’t written my eats down in awhile (duh-right!).  Thanksgiving went well.  I did allow myself carbs: stuffing, biscuits, and eggnog.  My b.g did well with everything except the eggnog :(  I know there’s low carb egg nog recipes…I hope they’re good bcs I’d like to give one of those recipes a try.
